As the new drawing tutor at the Art Department, I decided to start off the first session, delving into the messy world of charcoal.
Messy it may be, but charcoal is a wonderful medium that allows you to be as loose and abstract as possible, whilst achieving very dramatic results with just enough implied detail to give the most impressive results.
