David Gillanders will give an evening workshop where he will explore hand-made traditional pottery. Using “pinch pot” and carving techniques he will work with participants to shape and mark “Matcha” style tea bowls, or other forms to suit participants. The workshop wil also look at the use of coloured decorating slips and “Hakeme” paint techniques using hand made brushes. Participants will be able
to collect their fired piece within 3 weeks.
