What do artists do all day? Lots of things and not all of it is art, though I can guarantee that all artists are constantly thinking about their art, trying to solve creative problems, dreaming about the next ‘great’ project and we are always viewing the world through our artistic lens.
Our studios range in size from a desktop to a huge workshop and all the variables in between. Incredibly tidy to incredibly messy. But they are our spaces and at times they become our sanctuaries.
It is always a privilege to visit an artist’s studio; I personally love smooching around another artist’s studio space as it can give insight into their work and provide me with inspiration and a bit of vava…vooom if I am feeling down.
So, how many eyes or references to eyes can you see in the photo from my studio?
Hint: there are a lot more than you might at first think you see.
