Within my creative practice, place and connection to place, are crucial elements of the process and the outcomes. We relate to where we are through are personal connections, but also in older and deeper ways, epigenetically, through memory and collective social constructs that shape us.

“As a visual artist I feel like I have some power and permission to follow a practice in childlike and playful ways, underpinned by more serious and adult issues and sensory experience and thought processes. These are under threat and we need to protect the artist and the creative process.”

Eoghann will mirror some of his creative practice performatively with an audience. We will talk about his artistic process, some of three projects he has taken part in and led as well as his plans for the future. Including a significant solo exhibition in 2027.
